Huge shout out to Rob and crew at the location on the east side. I brought my car in today because someone had slashed all 4 of my tires. They took my car in after I had tried another tire store, but they had closed down. The staff took my car no questions asked. They found tires within my price range and made me feel at fome while my car is being serviced. I will be returning! Also learned they do oil changes so I will be bringing my car here from now on!

I purchased tires from Plains today, by the afternoon, one was flat! I took my vehicle back to Plains to have it fixed - a leaky valve stem. I arrived an hour before closing. There ended up being some issues with the tire studs as well. Roy and a few others stayed an hour and a half after closing time to get my car road ready! They went above and beyond to get my car done and I am so thankful to them. I will always recommend Plains Tire to anyone who asks!
I will always come here. Amazingly friendly people that look out for you and your safety. This is the one and only mechanic place I feel comfortable in. I am a long term customer and even after I move out of state I will continue to get maintenance done here when I'm in town.
