RecommendedBlew a tire in my box van getting on 101 coming from steam boat island. Tech came out set up cones , had his mask , fixed my tire in minutes and sent me on my way and picked up all the pieces of my old tire. All with one phone call , ..,, from the polite girl that answered the phone to the guy that immediately figured out what I needed, to the guy the made it happen, they all did there jobs perfectly! Nice work!!!!! You guys killed it today !

I was told over the phone if I paid one third down I could make payments on the outstanding balance.I have them put tires on my car and go to pay and finance the rest and they look at me like I'm crazy. They didn't try to resolve the problem instead they just act like it's my fault that they told me one thing and now have no memory of our prior conversation. Very unprofessional and very rude. They do not care if you are upset about your experience with them, they do not go out of their way to make the customer happy in anyway. I’ve been a member of this valley for 30 years and I went and applied for credit and because I had a low credit score they were not willing to help me. I make good money and pay my bills on time but they did not care. I waited 2hrs for a battery. Went in to see how much longer. Oh another HOUR NOPE give me my keys I'm going home 2hours away. will NOT ever wait that long again. What a waist of my time.
