My partner was mislead about the costs and when she had an opinion about the tech's subterfuge, She was greeted with a dose of condescension. THIS OCCURED AT THE LES SCHWAB ON 20TH AND FEDERAL. I need tires on my car, I know I will not be going there.

I've been doing business with Les Schwab for years. In the northwest they opened here in Colorado 6 months after I moved back I have always received outstanding customer service from every Les Schwab I've ever dealt with I may move around with my job but as long as I'm living somewhere where Les Schwab is located they will always get my business. I highly recommend them to everyone! Les Schwab is the very definition of customer service and satisfaction.
