Went in for a grinding sound, and was quoted $650 to replace the back brakes which were “metal to metal”and calipers because they consider that “standard”. I don’t believe they even took the wheels off the car because the next shop said brakes were fine and showed us the heat shield which had come loose and started grinding and the driveshaft. This was my second time returning to the store and absolutely my last, as they cannot be trusted. looking forward to seeing what this building becomes when they go out of business.

Got here before 8am. Just needed my tire repaired because it had a screw in it. Waited for almost and hour & a half. Everyone kept coming & going. Everyone who walked in before & after me was seen. Asked for my keys & the guy at the desk said he was short staffed. Went somewhere else & it was repaired & paid for in less then 10 mins!
Guy behind the counter made sure to get all of my information in the computer before telling me it was a two hour wait to get a tire repaired. Tell me that in the first place and maybe I’d consider coming back later.
Been doing business w them for years. Had them mount & balance 4 new tires. 2 weeks later noticed 2 tires weren’t holding air as they should. Upon closer inspection, noticed all 4 aftermarket wheels had nicks in the finish. Talked w manager Garret Melton, he informed me he would replace 1 out of the 4 wheels. Everybody was so kind to me & I could tell they actually cared. I came in at 4:45 and they even stayed late past closing time to take care of me. Facility is very big, nice, and clean!
