First time there made an appointment online. Only to get there and be told I’m sorry we can’t fit you in for your appointment time. We might be able to squeeze you in later. What’s the point of having an appointment time? Won’t be back and will not recommend to anyone

I had some work done on my car at the dealership yesterday, and discovered as I was driving on the interstate that they didn't bolt the drip pan underneath the car properly. I pulled off the interstate and into Les Schwab, and Maurilio took care of it immediately so I could continue on my way. What a joke, these guys do not even know what a Moog ball joint looks like, they could not tell the dust boot was internal and cannot be serviced alone. Told a customer we have in common that the boots were left off.... HA!! Tried to sell him more, hacks! I would not even trust these guys to rotate tires. And customer service on the phones is awful, especially when speaking with an "Ass. Manager" named will. What a joke!!!
I have been using Les Schwab for years back on west coast, and I was excited when they arrived here. These guys espouse a culture of doing the right thing for the customer. Proud to be a customer.
