A big thank you to the Federal Way Scwabs! Traveling up I-5 on vacation and the tire on our new car started making terrible noises. We were able to make it off of the freeway and the guys at Federal way were fast friendly and got us back on our way in no time! We appreciated their great service!
This place sucks got bad tired manager admitted he should of replaced them now will not do nothing to fix the problem!!!!
These guys were fabulous. .my Kia Soul has an indicator icon that came on regarding the pressure of my tires...got some air into them they were low and my son noticed an embedded nail..and could hear the air leak....he told me to go to Les Schwab first thing in the morning....I took the car in was the 3rd in line for servicing and when all was done the gentleman at the register said because the car was new they were waiving the charge. When I need to replace the tires..Les Schwab will get my business!
