Had a flat tire, fixed it quick with a fair price and tire no longer is leaking.
Good customer service here, had 2 other les schwabs try to put the wrong size Tire on my car, called up here an manager got the correct tire size with in 5 min, smart people here

I brought my car in for a brake inspection yesterday . Les Schwab checked my brakes and gave me a quote of $548. I was quoted a price of $1600 by another shop. I have a luxury vehicle and I feel like I always get quoted a much higher price because shops ASSume I don't mind paying. The truth of the matter is I want to be treated fairly when I come in. I felt Les Schwab was more than fair and relatively quick! I am very satisfied and will definitely come back in the future.
Les Schwab is great, and the folks at the Federal Way store are the BEST! Les Schwab has earned my respect and my future business!
A big thanks to Big Al for doing an awesome job on the alignment of my Scion FR-S. I autocross race and track my car and he did the alignment exactly as I requested. He also tracks a Miata so he understood what I requested. I highly recommend them for an alignment.
