I was attended by Joshua, had front and back shocks replaced! Everything was well explained and was promptly attended. After I received my Yukon, I definitely felt a positive difference while driving it! I will keep brining my vehicles here for maintenance.
I had a bolt in my rear tire I showed up 10 minutes till closing even though they were still busy the manager(Maca) was able to get me in. They stayed after 20 to 30 minutes to get it done.Kylee and the team members that worked on my vehicle had great attitude's even though we kept them after.
I would highly recommend Les Schwab they were amazing. I was in and out quickly and the staff was very helpful. I showed up close to closing and they were able to check out my tires and get me back on the road. They really helped me out in a pinch.
I took my 2013 Cadillac Escalade to be inspected due to a rough ride. After dropping off the vehicle, I got a call a few hours later and they stated that they couldn't fix the issue. They stated the dealer would have to do the work because the compressor for the suspension was not working.
