Until today I was a Les Schwab fan. When I went and got a second opinion for the shocks and struts (1100 dollars) that your technician said we needed when we came in with uneven tire wear last Monday. Second opinion said our suspension including struts and shocks looked great. (They put it on their machine, and removed tires and did a full inspection at our second opinion) Alignment, which is what we came in for to begin with, was all it needed. I'm sorry to hear you feel this way, Andrea. I think it is important to understand that uneven tire wear can be caused by many different things. Ride control (shocks/struts) are a major part of that, and they definitely wear over time, leading to poor handling and irregular tire wear. We waited over a hour to get a flat fixed They wasent that busy I thought discount and pep boys is bad !!!
They ripped me off by hundreds of dollars and their coustomer interactions/service was horrible. I will not be giving any Lea Schwab my business because of this.
