Pulling a trailer loaded with 12 ATVs. A rock punched a nasty hole in a brand truck new tire. After getting the rig to the Chico store they looked at the tire and couldn't plug the hole. Recommended a new tire. In and out in little over 30 minutes. Great service. Great people.
