I bought premium tires at Les Schwab for my car a month ago and they had really loud road noise. I couldn’t take it anymore so went in to see what they would do. Replacing them with no questions asked. Exactly why I love this company and their customer service!
Asked how much it would cost to get a screw taken out of my tire. Not only are they not charging me but got me right in. I know where I'm getting my next set of tires. Good job.

So far all services I have had worked out well. I used the Colusa shop, and the two shops in Chico. Each time I had good service, and no complaints.
