This is the worst service our family has ever recieved. They lie, change their minds and do not know what they are doing. They sold us brakes less than one year ago..now faulty. They sold us tires less than a year ago, now stating they need to be replaced. They do not honor their warranty and blame the customer for employee incompetenece. My family used to be able to depend on this company. NO MORE. Les Scwaab, you have lost our trust.
Not the same company as they used to be... no customer service, does not stand behind their products....
I have always been greeted when I came to les schab. Not EVER at this store. When asked the guy said we are short staffed! Bad for business. This is the third time I have been in for a tire slowly loosing air. "If we cant find it we cant fix it" WRONG....should have been "We will find it". My husband and I have used les schwab for 40 years and have never had such bad service. And way too slow! After an hour waiting I have one tire with a hole one with a nail and one just low.
