Even as busy as they were I did only spend about an hour and half and I was expecting 4 new tires and I had a nail so they fixed it for free but I ended up getting blades as well...thx you guys for all you do..
This morning I got a flat a tire and called around. The first two tire stores said they would get to it when they can but no guarantee I'll be to work on time. Called les schwab and they said hurry up and come on in. They had me in and out with a brand new tire on in 30 minutes! Great service and hospitality! I'll never go anywhere else!
I brought my tire in to fix a flat, was told there were 2 cars ahead of me, and would be less than 30minutes. That would have been perfect, I had an appointment in 45 minutes. Unfortunately, it took nearly an hour. Good communication is key to a successful business, too bad their's is so poor.
They did an awesome job on my tires and fixed a tie rod. Alignment now has my steering wheel in the correct position
I've been going here for 20 plus yrs, and I've ALWAYS have gotten great service! I've only had 1 mechanic that was rude, but the receptionist shay, came over and apologized on his behalf. The staff is always friendly and fast!
This place sucks and the people are rude as ever. I brought my car here spent 1100 getting my ball joints replaced and had to pay to have my car towed out of here because it no longer started. I'm a single mother and my car is very important to me and to hear it wasn't their fault and now I have to pay a mechanic to fix it just upsets me so bad! I've always loved les Schwab but never again will I give them a dime!
