I think the big thing here is a lack of communication and a disconnect with customer service. I was asked specifically if I was staying to wait for my car and I said I was. With that said I would assume they would follow up by stating the length or ball park the length of the wait. If I would have known the wait was going to be 6+ hours, I would have left my car there. I realized yesterday that I've been getting tires from you for the last 7 ish years. Always great service from every employee I interact with, no matter how busy or what time of day. I'm grateful to live close but have stopped by even when I lived farther because of the service always provided. Thank you for always taking care of me!
Horrible Horrible people...2 weeks from Christmas
I had great service comma and the female cashier got my account straightened out. Which was very helpful. It is my hometown service.
This is the worst service our family has ever recieved. They lie, change their minds and do not know what they are doing. They sold us brakes less than one year ago..now faulty. They sold us tires less than a year ago, now stating they need to be replaced. They do not honor their warranty and blame the customer for employee incompetenece. My family used to be able to depend on this company. NO MORE. Les Schwab, you have lost our trust.
