I used to respect the service from LS, but their pricing has gotten out of hand! I own 2 identical trucks. I just replaced the rear brakes on one of them for $160 in parts, and it took me about a half hour in my driveway without pneumatic tools. I had time to kill, so I decided to have them rotate my tires, and asked what it would cost to have them do the brakes, expecting to pay a little more (around $250) for the convenience of having them do it. My experience was great. Dropped the car off, had the tire patched, and was not charged as it was still a factory tire. They can be a little slow to get to the counter, but I'll take it.^^
Great job. They fixed slow leaks in two tires and sealed them to prevent it from happening again. And all for Free.
The absolute worst I have ever been treated by a commercial establishment. I was yelled at over the phone by the store manager for a mistake they made. I will never use this place again, for any reason. I was just about to buy a new set of tires from there for my new car, but that definitely is not going to happen now. I will spend my money where they appreciate their customers, not treat them with contempt and hatred. Unbelievable
