Rear wheel bearings bad on both sides, leaking cylinders and broken rear shoes. Very warped front rotors and a frozen caliper, requiring replacing calipers, pads and rotors. You would think that brake inspections by 2 different employees would have uncovered something. Instead, I was told my brakes were good and maybe the noise I was hearing was from dirt in the pads.
Thanks to Joey & the rest of the guys who either worked on my Excursion, spoke to me on the phone or helped explain things while I was there, also Thanks to the polite young man who drove me and my girls home in the Les Schwab Van, (I think his name is Jon) he is a very safe driver to use for getting your Customers home when they need it! You guys are AWESOME����
Went in there two weeks ago and told the guy i had a vibration in the wheel when i drove my van. I told him it was a tire or an axle going bad. Two hrs later i was told i need to spend 600 dollars on tires and it would fix my problem. They all acted like i didn't know anything i was talking about. They didn't even check my axle that was going bad on the front right on my vehicle. They all need more training, and the guy who claimed to be the manager that starts with a J should be nowhere near customer service

So went in yesterday to get my tires rotated and new windshield wiper blades, told the guy(wont mention names) to let me know how much the wipers would be, before they were put on, I waited and waited and nothing, then was called because my car was done, $60.00 was the total for wiper blades, I told the gal I am not paying that much, to put my old wipers back on and I would go to O'Reillys, she came back and told me they couldnt do that because they had to cut my old wipers off...wth? so the last time inwas there they put th... read more
I'm so grateful...went to Les Schwab yesterday at 8 am after my car was shaking like crazy when I went 60 mph...Les Schwab staff found that my tires were bald and threads were showing and hooked me up with 4 new tires on sale...They then had me back on the road to work by 8:30 am...Thanks guys for the great service. I'm so thankful for their knowledge and quick service.
These guys always do an amazing job every time we come in and they charge a fair price for their work. They always gone above and beyond every time we've had an issue with any of our vehicles over the many years we've been coming to them at no time did they ever talk down to you or any other customers when were in there. I always recommend show my Schwab to anyone.
