It took a long time, however the service was excellent. The remodel done is nice. They added a kids table and chairs, which made it kid friendly, and occupied my daughter more.
Got there at 8am. They went out of their way to run to Oly and get the wheels we picked out and drove us home so we didn't have to wait there. Great service!
Had a flat on my boat trailer while heading to the boat launch. I pulled the wheel and brought it in here. They told me 1 hour to replace the tire on my Tim as well as mount a new one I could use for the spare. 2 hours later I checked again: the woman at the counter said it would be 20 minutes. I watched as people that came in after me had their vehicles serviced. One hour after that I asked her to go in back and check. This company offers many good services that make my life easier. However, I have a few greivences with the Shelton location. I recommend any other location. In 2010 I purchased tires and rims and had them installed on the weekend. I returned for my rims the next week and they had been disposed of. They have not followed arrangements of me collecting my car after hours. They could not find warranty information for my tires I purchased a year ago, now I need to spend another $900 on tires that should have been covered. This la... read more
Poor record keeping if you don't have an account, and they didn't put my tires back into my trunk when they told me they couldn't do the work today on Saturday 9/02/2017. Now I am without a car until Tuesday 09/05/2017. Tuesday is also my sons first day of school, and now I have no way to get him there.. Thank you so much for ruining my weekend and the next 3 days.
