I was told no more than 1hr 15 min wait and I am still sitting here after 2 hours and was told it'll be another 30 min until they even start on my truck. This location has some of the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I will never be back. If my tire wasn't flat at this point I would leave.
They were under staff took 2.5 hours for tire rotations!
Preston was amazing! I came in just before closing after my battery died and I got it jumped. He replaced my battery in 10 min. Fair price and unmatched customer service!

Do not trust this place!!! Brought my car in to have wheels replaced, because they put the wrong size ones on in the first place. Left with a huge gash in my car that was not there prior and they are refusing to pay to fix it! These people are crooks!!!

Fantastic walk-in service. All price points (thanks for that!) Cheerful, efficient service and open, coffeehouse-style waiting area with free wi-fi. Impressive!
1 set of wheels installed. Had to come back twice (so far) to have studs replaced because lug nuts were cross threaded on. Bolting a wheel on correctly is a day one basic function for a tire technician and I got 2 of them on one visit. I will pay the toll or the extra gas to go to discount tire in Tacoma or Bremerton before I ever bring my vehicle back here!!
