Went in today to have them check an odd noise in my front brakes and was told the pads were worn to the point of metal on metal contact, given a quote to replace everything (calipers, rotors and pads) and was sent on my way, had hubby come out to see if it was safe to drive home and he found brake pads about half worn and a bolt missing from the front caliper slide causing the problem. Thank you Les Schwab! I went in with a flat tire and was expecting the worst case scenario of replacing all 4 tires because I have an AWD. Not only were they able to patch the flat, they didn't charge me a thing! I will be back!
I was here at 8:00 am. I was told it would be a 2 hour wait. At 9:30 I inquired where I was in the line. I was told another one and a half hours. It‘s 10:20 and my car is still where I left it. No updates from anyone. Very disappointed in the service so far. The tires better be incredible.
