They’ve repaired at least 3 flat tires for me free of charge; they’ve hustled to ship a new set of tires for my car from a different location when they didn’t have them in stock (took not much more than an hour); and finally they replaced a $250 tire that I split in a pothole for a pro rata cost of a mere $56. Repeatedly blown away by the customer service of this company/location. Flats, tire pressure, sensors... taken care of in an instant with no charge. Have purchased tires for 2 cars in the past 6 months from them and will never go anywhere else. Ask for Patrick!! Thank you Les Schwab!!
This was my first time here. WOW! What an excellent customer experience! They took such great care of me and quickly fixed my rapidly deflating tire. Went to Les Schwann in Highlands Ranch today to swap out summer tires for my winter tires. These guys were fast and friendly!

I went there because My tires need air , they showed me that I have a screw on one of my tires � they offer to fix it and I said ok , how much that will cost and WILL ( the person that was helping me ) said normally 17 for a flat but I’ll take care � They fix it super fast at not cost ! Yeah free. $$ I offer to give him a tip and he said , we can’t accept tips. Have a nice day They are very nice ,honest and very caring. Thanks les Schwab !!
