On July 10,2024 I brought my 2007 Lincoln MKX AWD to Les Schwab on Fulton Blvd in Sacramento and spoke to the Manager, Tom! Prior to bringing my vehicle to Les Swab, I visited two other companies, Universal Automotive and Mid-Town Tire Pros in Sacramento. I was informed that my steering rack was leaking, and I needed Shocks and struts. Tom and the crew quickly placed my vehicle on a lift and removed all 4 of my Michelin Tires.
