I just had a wonderful experience at this store. The assistant manager, Kevin, dealt professionally with several tough situations that my car handed to them, from wrong parts being delivered to wrong wheel sizes being on the car to other issues. He and his team took the time to make sure the job was done right, and that I was informed every step of the way as to what was going on. The manager Jimmy was wonderful today! I came in with an issue with the way my vehicle was driving after having two new tires installed three days ago. After taking the time to explain things to me about what could be causing the problem, he found an issue with one of my older two tires which was causing the problem. He gave me two new tires, free of cost, for our troubles! He gave me peace of mind with choosing Les Schwab and provided a safe vehicle for my wife and child!
