I don't know the nice young mans name who helped me but I came in with a busted up wheel and a bad back tire tonight. He was a Christmas blessing he saved me and I really appreciate Les Schwab!!! thank you. You guys rock!!!
Very professional and service with a smile. I knew my car brakes were making some noise when I would apply them. I actually went in to get my tires rotated and the technician came out and said that the brakes were worn down to the sensors. I didn't hesitate at all to have them replaced. I appreciate les Schwab for keeping me safe when I'm out driving my car. And of course I'll be back when I need new tires.
By far the greatest service center I've been to in a long time, great customer service, extremely knowledgeable in what they do. Not only have they taken care of us but have made me leave Discount Tire for them. Keep up the good work
These guys have never charged me for a flat repair even when I planned on paying. This is why I take all my family's business there when I need tires or other work done. They're not a rip off and I recommend them to everyone.
Darren at Les Schwab in West Valley is the BEST!! Henry Day Ford told us we needed struts in the front of my Ford Escape. We took it to Les Schwab and Darren told us that it was not necessary the struts were good for another 2 years. It's very refreshing to get your car worked on and have them be completely honest. Way to go Darren at Les Schwab in West Valley City.

Took it there for normal maintenance of your tires. Shortly after that i noticed my driver side tire was wearing extremely fast on the inside. I took it in again with the intention of getting an alignment thinking that was the problem. They did an inspection of my front end and they came and told me I needed over $500 in repairs before the alignment would make a diffenence.
