I had a razor blade in my tire and the air was leaking out of it rather quickly. I was told I'd need new tires at another place but figured I'd risk it to drive to Les Schwab to be sure because I know I can trust them. Sure as I thought, they fixed it and didn't charge me a dime. I called and asked how much it would cost for a air check and a possible nail in my tire. They responded with it is free and to come on in and we will take care of you. (Relieved after previous experience with Discount tire) I arrive at the store said I’m here for a air check and possible nail in tire, 20 minutes later they call me up my car is done. And I owe them $21.45! I asked how come it’s not free like I was told on the phone and they said because I bought my set of tires from someone else. I totally understand chargin... read more
We this won't be short all I can say is wow I have 5 fleet vehicles and Casey the manager is the best had a tire put on this March well went in it had wors down I thought I would have to pay NOPE covered by warranty from day one this location has been great

I stopped by because I got something in my tire. Turns out it was a razor blade. They were at my door right when I pulled up and was there probably for 15 mins. Maybe less. They did not charge me anything for my service. Service is great & fast!
Want to thank you guys for always taking such great care of me. The guys are the West Valley location are always amazing. Getting ready for a road trip & now I can put my mind at ease. Thanks again guys!! 😀 5 stars
Never again will I trust this company with anything apparently a tire rotation is too difficult and my tire about fell off 100% BS! Btw I usually do all my own work on my vehicles especially something as simple as a rotation but I just recently bought my 03 Tahoe and didn't have a jack to get it off the ground! NEVER AGAIN LESS SCHWAB YOUR CREW ABOUT KILLED ME.....
