Bad service at Colfax WA. Les Schwabs ON 3-26-13 at approx.12:30 PM I stopped in to have my snow tires for my Mckinstry company vehicle changed over. I was told there would be a short wait and I was fine with that untill I had been there an hour and had witnesse three vehicles that had come in after me had there tires done ahead of mine. They appeared to be local people and since I was not from the area it appeard my truck was not as important as the locals. Les Schwab Fan The Poulsbo store is an awesome store. The workers are very courteous and professional. We have been going there for the last 15 years and have only good things to say about all their service and staff. I would never think of going anywhere else on the Kitsap Peninsula. I am a die-hard fan. Thank you Les Schwab for keeping my vehicle safe on the road!

Love your speed Friday 4 PM December 21st, I noticed my driver side front break has unmistakable noise. Drove to my usual garage.Got the earliest appointment was on Wed. 26th and minimum driving. This is Christmas stay in home! I called Saturday 8AM and Andy of Les Schwab(Bel-Red) said "Come in, we will fix you up". My breaks were fixed by 11AM and I went to see my friend flown in from Japan at noon for a happy lunch.Thank you very much, Andy!

Nov05review I just talked with a lady there (did not get her name) and she was very rude on the phone. She was very unpleasant to talk to and was not very clear on her explanation. I have been a good customer of Les Schwab and very surprised on the way I was treated by your employee. Hopefully you will train her on how to treat a customer. I would rate her at zero.

Solid service, good folks I have done a lot of business with this store over the years and they have always done a great job for me. I have had them do brake jobs, tires for various cars, snow tires on my SUV, and repairs as needed. Thier style is very direct. They let you know when they have a safety concern about your tires. Since I often have my sons in the car, I appreciate that. I have nothing bad to say about this store!

slipped through the cracks paid for to tire repairs on farm implements gave a week to get it done called after ten days and they dropped the ball. I was told the salesman that took the order would call me back when he was available so I called again an hour and a half later and they had just sent a tech to complete the job without a return call.

Tire checkup at Newberg Les Schwab Newberg Les SchwabI brought my Honda CRV in this morning to have a partially flat tire on my car checked over - I received the normal Les Schwab's excellent attention and help, both from the main counter personnel, and then from a very courteous and helpful young man who checked out the tire. Just for Rich, the Les Schwab manager I walked in this location to have my tires rotated. I showed up at 4:55pm when the store closes at 5pm. Rich (the manager) asked: "Can I help you?" Me: "do you have time for a tire rotation?" Rich (rudely): "Yes, why did you wait 5 minutes before we close?... I mean... Jesus Christ." Me:" I just got off work" Rich: "We d like to get off work and go home too! " I thought Les Schwab is all about going the extra mile to help people! isn't that what the commercials show?
