WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE HAD YET!! Roy les schwab has very ignorant assistant manager. not going to mention names.. What a bunch of Crooks I will NEVER EVER go back to the Roy Les Schwab for anything. What a bunch of freakin crooks. Long story short....Nov 09 I go into their store for an alignment on my 99 dodge truck. They tell me I need a new steering gear, new ball joints and a new track bar on my truck before they will align the truck. They quote me over $800.00 for the job and say they can get me right in.
