Just had an exceptional customer service experience at Les Schwab Tire Center. We drove up and parked and immediately Carlos was at our window asking how he could help. We asked if they did wipers and he said yes. My husband went inside to pay while Carlos installed the new wipers in the parking lot. The whole process took 5 minutes and was way cheaper than we've paid before. Kudos to Les Scwab Tire Center, their employees and their exceptional customer service. 👏🏻 — at Les Schwab Tire Center.

Excellent customer service! First time there, and I had a slow leak in a tire. They fixed it in about half an hour, and no charge since it was my first visit! Love it! Bonus on the free popcorn, too!
First class service from the time you step out of your car! Their service person (Alex helped us) greets you outside, walks you in and provides amazing options with great prices... Even better the warranty for road hazard replacement is free! The waiting room is large and comfortable with popcorn, coffee, charging station for your phone and a table for kids with coloring books. We'll definitely be back with our cars, trucks, trailers and tractors!
