Brought my car in this morning to have my tires checked; the car was telling me to check the tire sensors. They were able to get me in right away without calling ahead. Found I needed two replacement sensors, I told them to go ahead and replace. They ended up being one sensor short and sending for another. Because it took a lot longer than expected, they ended up giving me a full refund and apologizing for the wait numerous times. Great customer service-- will be our go to place in Hollister.

Excellent customer service! I had a problem with a tire losing air on my rental car. The staff at Les Schwab saved my vacation by staying open late for me as I rushed up the road from Paicines for assistance. Carlos and Judith were so pleasant on the phone, assuring me that they could help me, even though it was already 6pm. Carlos greeted me when I arrived and immediately began working on my tire. My husband and I went to Les Schwab in Hollister on Saturday. We received great customer service. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable about their tires. We bought 4 tires and an alignment and it was done within an hour and a half. I definitely recommend if you need tires you should stop by and see them.
