Went in yesterday. Steve took care of me at the counter. I needed tires filled and rotated. Also asked him to look it over, see if anything was needed. He was excellent. That's what keeps me coming back :)
Was here today to get a flat repaired. They repaired with a smile and didn’t charge me for it.
The wait time is what it is. They get a lot of business. I've had a bad experience when they broke a lug off and tried telling me it was cross threaded when I knew it wasn't. I hand tightened every nut on my truck. So they don't own up to their mistakes. Had them put a set of tires on my beamer and asked them not to use the air wrench on my rims. Tires are a rough business...lots of liability on behalf of the installers...folks wanting them to take actions contrary to industry standards... That being said, Les Schwab (all over the state of CA) has performed very well for me and my family for many years... 5-Star rating from me!
First time here, I just wanted an alignment done on my car, but I got turned away because according to the mechanic, my tires got bald spots and it is too dangerous to work on it, so I must buy their tires. Their entry tires arent as good so I must buy their supreme tires. Unfortunately i wasnt born yesterday, I left and got an alignment elsewhere.
Had a completely blown tire, called and spoke with Rachael who then got Gabriel on the phone. Gabriel came and put my spare on so I could get a new tire. To me this is above and beyond...and they had the cleanest, prettiest public bathroom I have ever seen �
Came in with no appointment needing parts that were not stocked and was completely taken care of. Our local Les Schwab didn't treat us as well as this store did. I was very impressed with how they treated us and the price we paid for the amount of service we received. Thank you for helping us out in our time of need :)
