I want to give a shout-out to Les Schwab for patching my flat tire for free, especially after I took it to the Honda dealership and they told me it was too damaged and I'd have to replace it (for $300). The screw in it was clearly not effecting the side wall (what Honda said) and Les Schwab didn't try to make money on be but instead treated me with respect.
I had a fast leak in my right rear tire- they had me back on the road in an hour, no charge- they'll have me as a customer for life!
So, I now sit here waiting for these guys to get my front end alignment done. After a nearly heated discussion with the store manager over the failed control arm bushings on the car, this will be the very last time I step foot in a Les Shwab. Store manager offered NOTHING to offer any inch of customer satisfaction nor hinted at flexing any apology for my having to deal with their failed product services.
