As always excellent tire and wheel service, truck in morning p/u after work great job. Do have one complaint after spending over $3,000 dollars wanted info on air-bag system on truck. They said call you back later in day or no later than next day. After three days we called them. Really busy will get right on it. Three weeks and never heard back! Won't stop me from getting tires from them but won't ask for anything extra!
Went in for a battery install, supposed to be 30 minutes. 1.5 hours later and still no progress. Had to buy the battery and install it at home. What a waste of my time.
always great service, great staff and a waiting room with tables near power outlets so we can work while we wait ... not sure why all stores haven't seen the light
I went into les schwab to see about repairing a tire and unfortunately I could not and my front tires were beyond bald. Mostly bad news and the guy I worked with apologized but was so helpful and replaced the tire with nails in it with a used one and helped me purchase 2 new front tires. Service was awesome I will be back!!! Thanks to this guy! Didn't catch his name but it was much appreciated!
They really live up to their motto to do the right thing! They plugged the hole in my tire, checked my battery and alternator, and I had to buy new windshield wipers to get them to take any of my money! I've bought several sets of tires over the years because of that policy!
I had a dying 5 year battery that was 2 years old and 50 days beyond the free replacement date. They replaced it for $.8 and some change. That was good service.
Took good care of me, very happy with the help I got. Thank you all so much.
