Unbelievable customer service. Les Schwab knocked it out the park for me. Came here a few days ago and got a great deal on a pair of trailer tires. Came back in a few days with the flat that needed repair and they patched it for me quick with no charge. Great waiting area with munchies and coffee while you get service. Military supporters!
Awesome customer service!!!! I came in to the Bothell location today for my tire that was damaged and leaking air and was quickly greeted and 100% taken care of with no hassle. I truly feel lucky to have the pleasure of doing business with Les Schwab. Thank you for the amazing experience, I can happily say I will be a customer for life now.
I received the best service, ever, at Les schwab, on Bothell Everett Highway. They did a complete safety check, rotated my tires, did a realignment and repair a damaged axle joint. Also check my brakes. They were very courteous, took time to listen to me, answered my questions, and gave good information. Great service, great people !
At 5:30 the tire light came on in my daughter's car. She, her newborn and I pulled into the Bothell Les Schwab and they took care of us without hesitation! Took care of removing a nail! No charge. Terrific friendly customer service and they stayed past their closing time to care for us! Thanks a ton! We love Les Schwab Tires.

I used to love Les Schwab. It used to be my go to place for tires and brakes. This week my brake pads wore down. I stopped in at the local Les Schwab. It took an hour and half to diagnose that I did indeed needed new pads. I was then given an estimate of $1088. Holy Cow!!! Told them no thanks and began calling around. A mile down the road another shop was able to do them with the same parts for under $400. Sorry Les Schwab but that's a HUGE price difference. Next time I'll be skipping your shop.
