RecommendedLes Schwab Bothell consists of a team of people who really care about their customers and go above and beyond to help people in need. On multiple occasions they have worked past closing time to help fix a flat and get back on the road. I highly recommend them!
My battery died today - with no warning - at a retail shop about a mile away from this location. With a portable jumper, got the car running and told them I was on my way in. They got me in right away and finished the job to ensure my husband and I were out in time, as we were meeting with friends at a specific time - and we were cutting it close. Finally, kudos to the staff from the female service advisor to the technician.

Always good customer service
I went into the Les Schwab on Bothell Everett Hwy 30 minutes till closing on Saturday with a screw in my tire. They told me it’d be 45min, which was fine by me, I needed it fixed. About 30 minuets later they were done. The young boy (late teens/early 20s) told me they were able to fix it, which was great as I wasn’t ready to buy 4 new tires (awd car). Called ahead to get estimate and even though I gave incorrect info they still were able to get me the tires at close to the original quote price. Let me call ahead and get "in line" so when I got there it was a quick drop off. Called promptly when it was finished. Very friendly and informed staff!!
Left the house early in the morning to take kiddo to school and noticed we were getting a flat tire drove straight to Les Schwab and they were able to not only fix it promptly but did it at no charge. The customer service was excellent! There's a reason we buy our tires at this place because they're always willing to help you out even when you're in a pinch and they are busy. Also my five-year-old a huge fan of the popcorn 🍿 LOL
