Was told they couldn't fix my tires and need to replace all four for a total of over eight hundred dollars. Took it somewhere else and turns out they never even took my tire off. It has over fifty percent of the tread remaining and there was a nail in the tire I wanted fixed. I will not be going back. I waited an hour and a half for them to do nothing. What horrid customer service. Go somewhere else and save yourself some money.
Went in for front alignment and ended up getting sold new tires without the alignment. They said I needed parts that would need to be ordered. 80 went to 300 plus the cost of tires. This process took over two hours! Shouldn't have put new tires on a car that still needs an alignment.
For over 20 years we always went to Les Schwab. The past 4 years we've gone elsewhere because the customer service as been so terrible, in good-faith I could not support them. The check-in staff are entitled. I had a flat tire, was told my car would not be looked at for an 1.5 to 2 hrs. I replied I would call around but put me on the list. The other check-in staff girl said "no one will get you any sooner, studded tires had to off by today." ....called Firestone, he said he can fix my tire as soon as I roll in.
I have used their roadside assistance several times and they have always been so helpful and courteous! And they'll never let me pay them - they just say make sure to buy my tires through them. Of course I do and always will!
