I will never go back or recommend Springfield les schwabs they sold my wife a new tire and it’s completely different than the others and said we had a special order tire. And then also recommend we replace two tires when I have easy 50% thread on them. She went in bc 1 tire was slowly leaking and it took over 3 weeks before the sensor would come on and say low pressure. And they couldn’t fix it bc it was in the side wall. I called les schwab and talked to matt,Matt, said he would come right away,literally less than 15 minutes later he was there. Yes and no. If you have lots of money and want new tires or brakes they're great. If you're broke and need a flat tire fixed but the treads not 50% they want to sell you a used tire. And if you dont have the money...too bad.

I’ll never be going to Schwabs again, they haven’t been able to remedy my problems with my truck for over a year. I get a different excuse from a different person every time I went in. Keep replacing parts and not fixing the problem. After 12 years doing business with them they didn’t seem to care about losing me as a customer.

the worst service I have ever had,three hours to rotate my tires, was even there at opening, four guys standing in back in view of window all watching what I would guess you tube videos for twenty plus minutes, and when done rotating my tires I walk out and notice a bullet casing in my tire that had obviously been in tire for a while, how do not notice that crap when rolling a tire by hand to rotate, will never buy from them again
My wife and daughters needed a screw removed and the tire repaired. The Springfield store was going to close in 6 minutes... yet they took the time to help them even though the tires on our new car haven't been bought at their store. We had replace any of the tires yet. They saw that we buy from and got our car back on the road. Thanks Springfield Les Scheab you are the best.
I love Lea Schwab. I have been going to their stores in Eugene OR and Springfield OR since moving here in 97. Such friend and honest people in all their stores. They have fixed my tires for free even when I didn't buy them there. They have done break work for me and sold me good tires without having to buy extra warranty protection for when things go wrong.
