The only tire company to get my business. Thank you for getting me up and going quickly with professionalism. I was traveling from Boise to Seattle yesterday and blew a tire 7 miles from Pendleton. It was scary for my 9 yr old with me as we limped in on a spare. Thanks again for a painless experience.
Last night, as we were pulling in to Pendleton, OR for a coffee stop somewhere around the 9th hour of being on the road, the front passenger tire came off the wheel. Luckily, it was as we were getting off the freeway anyway, so we pulled off to the nearest spot. Called the nearest Les Schwab, asked if they offered roadside assistance. They closed in 10 minutes, but sent someone down. He got the spare on, stayed late to figure out what happened and put a new tire on - free. I have always received excellent customer service and yesterday was no exception. I needed new tires and a front end alignment and accomplished that in one visit. In the past, I have had service calls to my house for a flat tire and dead battery and have gone in regularly to have my tires rotated - all free of charge. I rely on the honesty of Les Schwab employees and would not take my vehicles anywhere else!

Was giving a two and a half hour time frame for my tires just get switched out, almost 5 hours later they finish up. If they would have told me in the beginning that it was taking so long I could have gotten a ride home and come back later to pick it up. Instead I wasted 5 hours out of my life
Low tire pressure light came on in my truck. Went in to have tires looked at also asked for a tire rotation while I was in there. Tech rotated tires then checked tire pressure after reinstalling and said they all looked good. When I asked manager on duty why they didn't look for the low tire before rotation he said that's how they normally do it. When I got back out to the truck the low pressure light was still on. I had a tire low on air last week and everyone here was amazing. They found the leak, patched it and got my WRX back on the road without even taking any money. They were quick, friendly and did good work! Thank you for taking the stress and effort away, y'all are great!
