Came in on 8/26/2020 at around 11:30 for a brake inspection. Got the inspection and left. Today, 8/27/2020 drove to a shop in Miltonfreewater and was told they didn't torque my lug nuts on. I am a mom and had my 5 year old with me. We could have been seriously injured or killed!

We would totally recommend the Pendleton Les Schwab! They were very helpful when we got a large screw stuck in our tire on our family road trip. They were fast and friendly!!!
Found ourselves with a flat tire on the way to La Grande, so called the Pendleton Les Schwab. They had someone up to us very quickly, got us back on the road in short order. Took the flat tire to them the next day to have it looked at and was set up with a replacement under our warranty within a couple hours(wife and I did some shopping in the meantime). Took very good care of us! This level of service is why we use them exclusively for our tires.
This store listened to our issue and after looking at our tires, were able to get new ones on our vehicle and us back on the road, ASAP. They even talked with our home dealer to get a refund for us!! Thank you so much!!
They were extremely busy today because everyone was getting their snow tires off. They got my car done and stayed after closing to get the rest of them done. Thank you!!!
I always recommend Les Schwab because of their premium service. They treat you like family. I recently broke down at the Pendleton Store with a dead alternator, they got me on the road faster than you could say "Happy St. Patrick's Day" My best to you, Josh, you're the best!!
I lost my rear wheel off my dodge that they put on about crashed my pickup . then I called a tow truck to have it dropped off to see what we could work out they said they would fix it with new whitch they didn't the seal was out and rotor was done backing plate was ground off to all they did was out a new backing plate on and seal used brake pads and rotor and junk wheels not impressed with the service pretty pore I thought.
