Their customer service is aweful,and they are rude.The mechanics never let you know what's going on with your car.My friend went in for a battery change.They couldn't get it to fit so they were hitting it with a bunch of tools.Well the mechanics ended up popping one of his fuses,and they needed to call Reno to get the part.They wouldn't overnight it.This happened on Wednesday.The part didn't come in until today.I have credit with them,but I will just take my car to our regular mechanic even if he's more expensive!!!
Les Schwab tires always takes care of me, my wife and my family. Sometimes they get real busy - but that's because they are the good.
Thank you Les Schwab Winnemucca.... Jose did a great job getting us on the road again... Will see you tomorrow to pick up the repaired flat... thanks again for everything. Best service anywhere.....
