Highly recommend! The family heirloom diamond came out of my engagement ring. Miraculously I found it and my fiancé and I took it in to be fixed. The staff is warm and personable and explained all that they would do to fix my ring. They in no way pressured us, but assured us they just wanted to help. Because they are gemologists and the actual jewelers who do the work, we felt confident with trusting them to do great work. They did not disappoint! My ring is now secured and even more beautiful than before!
