RecommendedI’ve been a loyal customer 30 years starting with owners Tom and Linda at their Oxnard location. Ask for their son Henry at the Ventura Pacific View Mall location. My favorite salon by far. Great results at a fair price and all the staff are so welcoming.

Have to say going here was one my worst experiences at a nail salon. I went in for a full set and pedicure, the technician Tien nicked me twice on the same finger with the electric nail bit and clip the side of my thumb with a pair of scissors when trimming the nail tips into coffin shape. I was extremely upset not only did she not apologize she giggled! Then tried to file off the skin with a nail file instead of using a fingernail clipper. I most definitely will not be going back there.

I used to love this place. I went in on my birthday, a tradition for my mom & I. We made appointments knowing it would be busy. The woman doing my moms dolls kept getting up and leaving her sitting there for 5 minuets at a time. She did this for 20 minutes. My mom walked out, furious. I was knee deep in water getting a pedicure so I stayed, but they completely neglected to do my gel manicure I made an apt for also.
