My first time here! I came in with a really bad set from a different salon.. and wow.. Mimi did her thing!!! I felt like I knew her forever , just the way we connected and laughed! I was so shocked on how my nails turned out. It’s so beautiful and not one imperfection! Will be back! 🧡
The employee ladies are GREAT !!! but the owner who is ALWAYS there is rude and awful ! She is pretty much always free because she is a total “turn off “ and nobody likes her. She tries to speak for the other ladies and micro manages them because she’s jealous and lies about who’s available. The employees do an excellent job but the owner ruins the experience.
Let me just say, I’d give this place a 0 star if I could. This place is NOT it. I had dip on my nails, went in to ask to simply have the dip removed. Decided to not go to my normal shop because I didn’t want to drive 20 minutes in the rain when my family was already at the mall. The lady who did this started by using an acrylic nail to slide under the dip and RIP OFF the dip from my nail. I told her I could do that at home for free.
