I am very disappointed in both the locations ! Since they’ve opened Le’s nails 2 I would go there because it was a little closer to me but every time I go they have more than one person working on me which means multiple tip 🙄 then they raised their prices not sure if it’s because of covid having an impact on their business so they had to raise the price. My first experience was with a male tech who immediately picked up a personal call on his phone. He started talking loudly like I wasn’t in his chair. I got up and asked for another tech. I’m sick of this phone situation. It’s unprofessional and I pay for this service and it’s not cheap. I did receive Lynn who replaced him and she did a great job. That ruined my experience though! Went there today. There was No social distancing!!! Four of the techs were not wearing masks!!! Over 20 people in there at 930! When asked why they were not wearing masks or taking temps. Their answer was the receptionist was late and the girls could not breath with masks on. Can anyone comfortably breath with the masks? Walked out was not worth the risk.
