State farm is a great multi purpose insurance company. I haven't had any issues. And if any concerns come up, it is easily reviewed and resolved. Everyone in the office is great. Especially Melissa Bennett, she is always kind, professional, courteous and patient. Melissa is very knowledgeable and helpful while providing great support. She is diligent and pays attention to the details, which is so important. They really do have a good office team.
