I’ve had State Farm for over five years, and the quality of service has been excellent. I consistently work with insurance agent Melissa, who always provides amazing service. She communicates clearly, addresses any issues quickly, and even took the time to look for additional discounts when I updated my policy. I highly recommend working with this State Farm office if you’re in the Philly area.

I was just scammed out of thousands of dollars. Do not deal with this office. Melissa Bennet is the main contact person not Lea Moore and she will take all of your money and have your bills over/past due. I paid my bills three months ahead. I specifically told her exactly what was being paid and how. I paid more than what bill was to cover three additional months. I spoke with Melissa Bennett several times to conduct a phone payment. Mrs. Bennett is a true asset to State Farm. She is well-versed in their products and takes the time to explain them in depth, answering all of my questions without hesitation. Her pleasant disposition is why I remain a loyal customer. It is always a pleasure doing business with her.

I have State Farm as my insurance carrier for multiple purposes (Home, Vehicle, etc.). Every time I have a concern or need, I receive efficient and a satisfactory support. The depth of knowledge that Melissa Bennett (Les Moore's office) has and her ability to communicate with me makes each experience extremely impressive. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and courtesy is over the top! She is definitely an asset to the company and makes handling difficult or stressful situations much easier!
