I’ve had State Farm for over five years, and the quality of service has been excellent. I consistently work with insurance agent Melissa, who always provides amazing service. She communicates clearly, addresses any issues quickly, and even took the time to look for additional discounts when I updated my policy. I highly recommend working with this State Farm office if you’re in the Philly area.
I was just scammed out of thousands of dollars. Do not deal with this office. Melissa Bennet is the main contact person not Lea Moore and she will take all of your money and have your bills over/past due. I paid my bills three months ahead.
