I’ve been coming here for a year and my last appointment was truly an awful experience. I specifically called the salon to make an appointment for builder gel. When I got there, there was a miscommunication and my tech began to remove my nails and cut them way shorter than what I asked for. As someone who has been growing out her nails for months this was really saddening. He then tried to put a nail on top of my nails to extend the length but I didn’t want that. This is the best nail salon I have been to in so long! I will definitely be returning on my next visit to Atlanta. Thank you Mai you did a great job on my gel x!
We were in town from Charlotte and looking to get our nails and toes done. I got gel polish w/ my natural nails & toes. I paid $74 not including tip and I was beyond happy with my service. The customer service level here is highhh! It was 4 of us and they sat us all together and got us in and out in 1 hr 30 minutes!!! When I'm in Atlanta, we will all come back here!!
