Unprofessional, unethical, aggressive and more - to say the least. Jason, no need to post your polite response saying you’d be happy to learn more about what happened. I called you personally - but obviously the owners chose not to reach out and acknowledge the incredibly unprofessional behavior of one of your salesman. This behavior must be coming from the top down.
Well, I don't think I can be expected to provide anything other than a negative review after being charged for work that was not properly addressed the first time the crew came out to repair a leaky roof. Use Les Jones Roofing if you want to deal with repeated visits and expenses. I'll certainly go elsewhere if/when I need roofing repairs.
Needed to replace our 25 year old roof. Danny and his crew did an awesome job with quality, efficiency and cleanup!
Michael gave us a clear, detailed estimate and explained all of our options. His team worked efficiently and left no mess behind. The new roof looks incredible, and we’re very satisfied.
