I have lived in Chateau du Lac (3820 London Rd) for six years. My building sits on the shore of Lake Superior. The south side of the building has lake view decks. My two bedroom apartment has about 1100 square feet. There are two bathrooms, one with a tub and one with a walk in shower. One bedroom has a standard closet; the other has a large walk in closet. I lived here during the year I lived in Duluth in 2004-2005. Spacious rooms and well-maintained. Chandelier and floor-to-ceiling mirrors. European-style refrigerator. Easy access to the rest of the metro area.
I LOVE living here. Ive been here since 1997. I’ve heard horror stories of other rental experiences. Not so here. Monarch is top notch! They are FAST to respond to needs, buildings are clean and well- maintained AND my dog always gets a luscious treat when we visit the office. HE loves the dog run. I love the patio and view of Lake Superior.
I love living here! It’s so well taken care of by an experienced and amazing staff! Our apartment is spacious and quiet with views of beautiful grounds and the lake!
