I have lived here for a few months now and I love it. The lady’s in the office(Emaly/Shelby) are very nice and make the process smooth! The maintenance/cleaning team(Daniel,Joe and Connie) are the sweetest. Whenever I have a work order it’s done within a day or two, and the apartment building is always clean thanks to Connie. Definitely would recommend living here!!
We moved here from Minneapolis, hearing gunshots every night. Chateaux Du Lac is the quietest apartment I’ve ever lived in! Our neighbors are awesome and the building is clean, & well kept. Connie, Shelby, Joe & Dan are truly bright spots. Much appreciation!! Shelby, btw is a talented photographer!!
I lived here during the year I lived in Duluth in 2004-2005. Spacious rooms and well-maintained. European-style refrigerator. Easy access to the rest of the metro area.
