You're kidding me right? – This store gets high marks regardless of the customers continued complaints that the staff is extremely rude and snotty. I've been subjected to it and I won't go back. They have a nice selection of clothing but someone should just tell the staff they need to learn how to smile and treat people with respect!!! Even the stores on Robertson in LA which carry every this store does treat everyone who walks in like celebrities. Take a clue!
Should be on an island – Well, I give up on this place. Several times I have been in there...only to be ignored by the staff. When I want help, I get that to hip to help you response. Give me a break. Then it hit me...the store with it's look and attitude should be on an island of hippies grown old.
Beautiful Clothes, Snooty Service – I have to agree with the reviewers who say they've gotten attitude when shopping at this store. I'm all for being able to browse on my own and not be fussed over, but I don't appreciate the chilly reception when I'm actually buying something. The clothes are definitely gorgeous, but the vibe could be a lot more welcoming.
Gorgeous clothes, indifferent service – I go to this store every couple of months, and usually come out with something. The clothes are beautiful and unique, and I like the store's ambience. I could, however, do without the dismissive sales clerks. One reviewer below wrote that a salesperson stared at her when she left, and I have encountered that there as well.
Chic Boutique – Charming boutique that offers great clothing. You may find a variety of brands and styles. The sales lady will help you if you have any questions but if you don't, they will let you browse in peace. Very individual and very chic store.
how do you NOT love this place! – I have to write in defense of this stellar boutique-- I've been shopping at Les Amis for years, and turned many of my peers on to the experience as well. As the only shop of its kind(at least originally) Les Amis has become a destination for women of Seattle style. Highly recommended!!! – As a visiotr to Seattle recently, i was glad to have made the trip to Fremont. Les Amis is an adorable store with a very eclectic collection of clothes. Great for non-traditional buyers of clothes and purses. Highly recommended.
Lots of beautiful stuff – I went to this store for the first time last week and happened to get lucky.. they were having a sale! There was a wide selection of sale items that were very reasonably priced. I went home with a beautiful necklace. A nice salesperson helped me, but did not do anything extraordinary in terms of service. I was very impressed with the selection of clothing. It all seemed very wearable. Excellent Choice – It is hard to find certain lines of clothing in Seattle but Les Amis does a great job of updating and keeping current. Convenient too!
