Lerum Auto is my mechanic for life! They have repeatedly shown integrity and fairness (sometimes more to my financial benefit than theirs) and honesty in their dealings with me. They do good work and charge ethically - they are definitely have a business model of building long term customers, and are not just out to make a quick buck. Thank you Lerum Auto!
Always honest. Never do more than is needed. Again today I had authorized work to be done and once they got into the project they realized only half the parts needed to be replaced and I was only charged for that half. I was so pleased with that I authorized another project to be completed today. Thank you!
