I purchased an engagement and wedding band from LeRoy's this past July. I had the money to pay them off in full, and should have done so, but was conned by a manager there by the name of Andrew into opening a credit account under the promise that if I had paid off the rings in a year's time, interest could not accumulate (same as cash). A bill came in the mail showing that I had already accumulated over $80 in interest since the date of that transaction. I was able to find the perfect wedding band for my fiance and I with the help of one of their workers. I didn't feel pressure to buy things I didn't need. The gentleman helping us made sure we walked out of there with the perfect rings and didn't overstep our budget in the process.

They are super friendly and really care. Coming back a month later and they still recognized us.

Terrible experience all around. I will never step foot in a Sterling facility again.
