3.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 4 Star : Repair Quality 2.5 Star : Customer Service I gave it a 5 because when I originally dropped car off one of the mechanic was kind of rude when I stated the part was still hanging and insurance stated it was not safe to drive. He response was we're mechanic and insurance companies doesn't know what they're talking about. This was in the winter and by the part hanging it was pulling the part farther down causing it to drag and pull more snow under the car. 5 Star : Returned Clean

3.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 3.5 Star : Repair Quality When I called and asked if my truck was 100% completed, they said yes it is ready for pickup. When I evaluated the work I noticed the tailgate did not close correctly and it had to be adjusted. Then I noticed the rear of my truck cap did not set evenly and they attempted to adjust. I was tired of standing and waiting, after further examining my cap the front does not sit evenly. So this will be something I will have to do at home.
